Shipping and service policy

Online sessions
The joining link, time, and any lab notes are sent to the email on the booking before the session. Access to materials stays with the person who booked.
On-site delivery
On-site training is delivered at the place and time agreed in writing. Travel inside Pakistan is arranged with the client before the date is confirmed. There is no courier shipment for these services.
Products and custom builds
Software, cloud setup, and custom products are delivered by access credentials, repository, or deployment to the environment named in the order. Delivery time is the date in that order, not a postal estimate.
