Return and refund policy

Cancel by email at least 48 hours before the session starts and we refund the fee paid for that seat.

Inside 48 hours, the seat can move to a later date of the same session when one is available. We do not refund a no-show.

If paid access or materials do not arrive, or they do not match what was sold, write within 7 days. We will deliver what was missing or refund that item.

Discovery, product engineering, and other custom work follow the written agreement. Amounts already spent on work that has been delivered are not refunded. Work that has not started can be cancelled for a full refund of the unspent amount.

Email contacts@cyberarians.com with the name on the booking, the session or service, and the date. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we approve the request.
